Hi

Just an update for all those who were asking about my broth culture test.

NOT A BIG UPDATE BUT

The lab in Virginia received my urine speciman at 10:28 this morning. I tracked it via u.p.s. :woohoo:

I am just glad it did not get lost. I will let you know the outcome of this broth test but I probably won't know until about a week.

After reading all the posts on this subject I'm going to call Monday morning and send in my specimen. What do I have to lose? I think most of us will try any reasonable approach to help with out IC. Sue

Good luck Sue! I must say this approach does not work for everyone....but it does work for some and we all have to keep searching for the treatment or treatments that work for us...Best of luck to you!

Did you get this done by Dr. Fugazzotto? I was thinking of doing this also. Any information would be great!

I sent to United Medical Lab in V.A.

There tel number is 703-356-4422

I was told Dr. F is 92 and has retired but Dr. Chang and others at that lab follow his theory and practice

I would like to send in a sample. Is it expensive ? Did you feel the feedback was worthwhile ?
