procedure bladder biopse

I am due to be checked for IC soon during the procedure they are going to take a biopse of my bladder
any help on how to recover from this procedure?
what has helped others..I am so scared to have it but its coming soon -may 12

The best advice I can think of is to just take it easy for a few days afterwards.
