I've just posted pictures of Emilee's new Horse.

Her name is Dink and she is a 4 year old quarter horse.

She'll be a barrel Pony and will be ready for her first rodeo by the end of May.

OK, so we tried Dink in the barrel arena. Ummmm... Dink has 2 speeds. Slow and STOP.

We have decided on another horse, fromt he same place. She is an experienced Barrel Horse and is IMPATIENT with Emilee who is just learning the barrels.

Her name is Cookie. Emilee named her. Poor thing was just "O-400". So, now she is Cookie.

Cookie is about 18 years old and is in great health. She loves the barrels. All she wants to do is for Emilee to relinquish control and HANG ON! She just RUNS so fast and tucks her bottom and runs. She knows the patterns, and is just great.
