Hi, I'm so glad you found this site!
Have you used the "browse our site" feature at the top right hand corner?
I suggest using it to research anything you might be confused about regarding IC.
If that doesn't answer a question you have, post a new topic about it or write it down for the next time you visit your uro. (I do this for fear of forgetting before an appt.) wink
