How do you know you have endo? I have IC and have been going through dsmo treatments. I feel so much better. WHat are the signs of endo and if i feel better could it just be IC. I am going to hve a laprascopic procedure done just to ease my mind any help?

Endo pain only somewhat sensitive to touch...while IC is very sensitive to touch. Endo doesn't seem very effective by diet. Endo often causes thick, heavy periods. You may be worse during periods and at ovulation. IC is effected by your hormones too though....hard to tell there. As as already been said the only way to be sure is through a laproscopy. Since doctors didn't want to do a laproscopy because of other problems in my body they tried hormone treatment to find out...the pill didn't help me at all...made me worse...but Lupron did help a little. I had odd symptoms like pain in chest...sleeping 17 hours every day....hope you are doing a lot better than I was.
I found my stomach was also effected by my huge hormone changes.
