body aches

I have noticed lately after i.c. that my shoulders and middle back hurt as well

Does anyone else get this?

When we are in pain, our bodies tend to become very tense --- when I have a flare, my legs hurt.

I am right there with you on the leg pain....ooowie, it's such a hard one to relieve...I have traded in my people friends for my heating pad....I feel as though my IC symptoms have really done so well, but those weird aches are hard to work with somedays...somedays i think it is mild fibro and other days I think it is IC....then most days, I think I don't like getting older. :)

I also have body aches too. I have fibro and myofascial pain syndrome, but they seem to worsen whenever my IC flares!!
