IC and related diseases/symptoms survey

The following are diseases/symptoms that seem to affect a lot of people with IC

Vulvodynia
Pelvic Floor
Irritable Bowel Syndrome
Endometriosis
Fibromyalgia
Sjogren's Syndrome
Urethral Syndrome
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
Allergies
Scleroderma

How many of these do you have? And how severe would you say it is?

I have the following:

Fibromyalgia- fairly severe, especially in my back
Sjogren's Syndrome- fairly severe, require constant lubrication of eyes and mouth
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome- severe
Irritable Bowel Syndrome- mild
Endometriosis (not sure if I have it or not)- mild, only feel severe pain during periods
Allergies- mild

I live in a family of allergies and I have a few. Other than that, my only chronic condition is my interstitial cystitis.

Allergies to foods (avocado, peanut, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, pumpkin seeds, peas)
Allergies to medicines (sulfa, penicillin, tetracycline, erythromycin, levaquin, cipro, iodine).
Mystery rash on my neck that shows up sometimes (but not always) when my IC flares.

I have IC, PFD, Fibro, Arthritis (knee) and Hypo-thyroid. (and of course depression bc I have all the others! lol) I would be curious to see who all has low Thyroid???
