spastic bladder/sex question

hi
I am wondering do people with IC have more frequent urination the morning after sex say 6 or 7 hourse later after having sex?
Also do people with IC sometimes go pee but still fill the urge after they pee like they cant get it all out??
I was told I have a spastic bladder but no meds are working we have tried 3 kinds?
Anyone else told they have spastic bladder and then end up really having IC!

Those symptoms are very common with IC! If the only meds you have tried are 3 antispasmodics you really should try some of the other IC treatments. Many people are told they have overactive bladder...or a spasing bladder....such as spastic bladder. You really should be tested for IC before trusting that diagnosis...since your bladder may be spasing...but it may be spasing because of IC.

Well It is true that sex totally affects our bladders. I find that after sex my bladder is sort of "traumitized" I have an immediate urge to void and yet may have to sit on the potty for several mins before anything happens. If sex happens at night I will probably go back at least 3 times close together til my bladder calms down.
Sometimes it wont relax and I will take a levbid and it stops the spasms right away, so I can get to sleep.

I had that for YEARS!! Go pee, wash my hands and turn around and sit on the toliet again, because it felt like I had to pee really bad...sigh..I hate I.C..
