St. John's Wort for mood?

Hello, Everyone -

Does anyone have experience with using St. John's Wort for depression/mood? So many ICers seem to have problems with the pharmaceutical forms of antidepressants, yet I never hear of anyone using this herb. I am thinking of giving it a try. First, my bladder has to approve, then I would have to see if it works for my mood!
