Doing ok for awhile then everything reversed itself. Hurt to sit after a short time, lie down, lots of exhaustion, sheesh, and the usual IC stuff. I'm on anti-anxiety and anti-depression prescriptions, low dose because I feel like someone's experimental rat going through a maze never knowing which part of the maze I will get the shock of IC.
Anyone else? :bunny:

It is the pits when the flares strike. Make sure you don't have an infection that could be contributing to the problem. I hope you are doing better soon.

Ugh, I hear ya, sometimes it seems no matter how hard I try, it can sneak up on me out of the blue. Then I drive myself crazy analyzing everything I have done, ate, drank etc, to find a culprit. Sometimes, I can't find it. ACK! That drives this self-proclaimed control-freak crazy!!! LOL

Take care, feel better soon!!!
Hugs,
Tracey :)

Yes, I understand that... I've had a few flares that came from nowhere; I couldn't seem to find a trigger anywhere and then just chalked them up to my bladder being rebellious!! I hope you feel better soon! :grouphug:

Yes, this does happen. There are times when I know what I did or ate to cause a flare. But the times when I have tried so hard in eating all the right foods and handling my stress well.........and I end up in a flare anyway -that is when I get the most upset! Just when I think I have it all figured out - the truth is, I really don't!!!

Hugs,
Lyn
