I have had IC for 11 years now.. atleast that is when I was diagnosed.. I am now 28 and still haven't found what works for me.. i have tried so many different things, including the interstim.. I am at my last hope. I have an 18 mos old that I can hardly keep up with lately...

what has worked to help your IC..

Hi Bea,

Well what works for me is Neurontin, InterStim, and now Morphine. A heating pad when in a flare also. One of my uros wants me to try L-Arginine, says it works well, but I am somewhat hesitant.
