Does anyone get a flare if they eat something with soy sauce? I eat sushi a lot and I always eat it with soy sauce but I'm starting to notice a mini flare afterwards. It's a shame because sushi is my absolute favorite food and it just doesn't taste the same without soy sauce. Does anyone else have this problem?

I definitely avoid soy sauce, and soy in general; that means tofu and soy milk, of course. If I do eat Chinese food, it's only on a rare occasion and with NO MSG. It's one of those things that I learned the hard way, trial and error.

I avoid soy in all forms as much as possible -- however, occasionally, I do have a little bit of soy sauce with sushi as a treat. However, I've had to cut WAY back on that type of stuff as it does bother my bladder.

Soy Sauce is at the top of my OUCH list  which totally sucks  don't go well with soy in general and I'm a vegetarian!!

Anything with soy /soy flour, oil,etc./ give me flare.
I have noticed that potato bread contains soy flour and most of the breads are soy based in some %.

Ditto on the no soy or soy products for me. I know there are a few who can tolerate some soy, but it is major flare producer for many of us.
