Does coral calcium reall work as some say it does?

I dont need it for frequency I need it for PAIN.

Also, can it be bought in a regular grocery store or vitamin store or does it have to be bought online

I couldn't tolerate it. I take calcium lactate instead. It does take away that spasmy feeling.

How does calcium work in helping IC? I am very curious if I should start it. Do you have to take magnesium with it or just calcium?
