does anyone get a terrible discomfort down below . It is hard for me to explain. It is not pain per say but just an annoyance.

I too have an "annoying" pain. It is more like pressure- like I have to go to the bathroom all the time, and feel like I have to go even when I have just gone. Usually, it is more annoying than painful per say, but it has proceeded to the point of painful because it NEVER goes away! I think it is like if someone were to poke you with a sharp object over and over in the same spot. At first it would just be annoying, but then it would get painful over time because it is so irritated- ya know? I CAN NOT stand "the feeling" as I call it. It has been driving me crazy for three months now. I did have a cysto/hydro last week. It has helped me some, but not completely. At least now the feeling is not constant. I am getting a bit of relief for short periods of time. I am still waiting for my "official" diagnosis, but I think that I am going to have to seek another uro to get it. Can you describe your feeling any more?

I went to pain management (of which I told you in an email) before I even got a diagnosis. So the pain is more bearable
