When I took folic acid it did bother me a little. I suspect someone will have an idea of how to take it with least amount of problems. I hope you have success!! :grouphug:
Good luck!

I have had no bladder problems with a plain folic acid tablet. I can't take prenatals though (I think because of the vitamin C or Ester C...I've tried both formulations.) If the folic acid bothers your bladder, you could try it with Prelief to see if that helps. The rep from Prelief said that the Prelief won't affect the nutritional value of any vitamins or medicine you take.

I have had no problems with folic acid. It is very important to take this supplement while trying to become pregnant and throughout pregnancy. It helps to prevent neural tubes defects (spina bifida) in the fetus and premature births.

I took it while I was pregnant. It was in Materna, a prenatal vitamin.

I took it also without problem, and it is so important! I would just look for the most pure/natural one you can find!

I took a higher dose of folic acid, because all the prenatal vitamins really bothered me. i did ok with just the folic acid.
