Cystoprotek and bladder infections?

I'm just curious, has anyone who has been on cystoprotek noticed any increase in bladder infections since being on the treatment? I just ordered my first bottle, and haven't received it yet. I'm anxious to give it a try, but I wondered if coating the bladder increases the chance of baterica "sticking" to this coating in the bladder and causing some problems.

In case you can't tell, I am paranoid about getting another bladder infection. My IC started after a bladder infection!

I'm not an expert, but I think that having a bladder that's well-coated would lessen the chances of an infection. I think the reason ICers are more prone to infection is BECAUSE the lining of the bladder is damaged, thus the nasty little beasties can get more of a toehold and set up a big germ factory down there...

Hope you like the Cystoprotek. I've taken it for 3 months now and definitely noticed an improvement.
