About three weeks ago, I switched from effexor XR 75, to Effexor 35.7 twice a day. I have major dry mouth since I started the does doses. I felt a little lonely since. I had four major test last week and it wasn't even midterms. Their was a WNBA basketball star, in clovis and my boss let me off early to try to make it. I missed seeing her by three minutes. I was so upset. I been wanted to meet anyone from the WNBA since it started in 1996. I started to cry, i'm not sure if it was from all the stress of the week or what. I called my dr and said I was tired and I really really feel depressanted since we switched effexors. she called back and said take deep breaths, and relax. she didn't even write down that she switched to a lower dose and was making me take it twice a day. the nurse called where I got the RX and callled me back telling me it was the exact samething. the dosese is the exact per day, but I don't feel the same. the nurse thought it wouldn't be a problem to take two at once, but then I would be taking the ful 75 mg in a 12 hour peroid, she didn't understand that XR means longer lasting. I :( said something and hang up on her. I tried to get help when I felt like I didn't have control of my life. and they didn't help me. I am afraid to call back for what I did. I did take the full 75 at once but didn't take anything the second half of the day since I didn't know what to do, It really didn't help other then make my dry mouth drier, if that makes since, what would you do, how do you get rid of dry mouth? sorry soooo long
