Cysto Friday

OK- I am an old hand at Cysto-but in August I had one and ended up in the hospital for 4 days and have been in continous pain since..so I am asking for little prayers from everyone that Friday goes smooth. They are going to do a Cysto/hydro-laser the hunners and do DMSO while under (can't handle while awake)...THANKS EVERYONE!!! :grouphug:

Wow.... that's alot!! Make sure to ask if they will do a rescue instillation too to help with the discomfort afterwards.

Good Luck Rhea...hope all goes well for you, I'll say some prayers for you this week and Friday for sure. I go in a week from Friday for my Hydro-Dist...

If you don't mind sharing, I'm curious as to what put in the hospital for 4 days??? That must have been awful!!

Thanks Jill...I thought it was a lot too but I think I am kinda "desperate" at this time. They are going to give me an epidural too prior to the procedure to help with pain afterwards. Now that I am looking forward too...lol.

Traci-I have 9-10 Hunners and after surgery they were bleeding so bad and my bladder was so painful they kept me in for pain management and I had a cath for 3 days.

Rhea, Jeez that sounds awful!! So, how are you feeling...Today was the day, wasn't it? We probably won't be hearing from you for a couple of days at least.

I go in next Friday for mine...pretty much hoping for a miracle and maybe getting some relief for a few months....
