QUESTION..HYDRO&ELMIRON

I am confussed... Got the paperwork for my upcoming 1st hydro on Tues 22.
It said to stop taking ANY advil aspirin.etc.....and ANY heperinoid ..at least 7 -10 days before the hydro. :rolleyes: why then did my uro JUST start me on Elmiron? I actually havent taken yet since the pharmacy just got it in. Do any of you stop the elmiron before your hydros?? Please let me know!

No, my uro said to keep taking it. I had stopped after the pain went away after my first hydro, regret that now :)
but am taking it like clock work now.
you might want to call your uro.
