Allergy Medicine: which can I take?

Hi friends:

Tonight I'm going to a rodeo and ususally I start to sneeze like crazy due to my allergies to horses etc..............What over the counter allergy medicine can I take that won't put my bladder into a flare?

And......can you "drink" when you take allergy medicine? Beer or wine?

Any anti hisamine, not a decongestant. Benedryl, the one that doesn't make you sleepy is a good one. White pill if you can find it. Kathi
