Coffee Tamer?

Read somewhere that you could buy this powder to put into coffee that removes the acid called coffee tamer. Does anyone know where you can buy this and if it is available in Canada?

I think its on the ph sciences site, they are closing it out and making some in a shaker bottle w/a different name, I have it, helped a little but I need two packets in a low acid coffee to make a difference. However it did good in a cup of peppermint green tea. I have shared them w/others and they like it.
