Had it done and I'm YUCK!

I went in and had it done..I guess the good news is Doc said, no cancer..he did do a biopsy for a few spots he said..something with the cells and IC..
I do have a good capacity almost a liter he said..
He left the catheter in.. :mad: I am miserable..
They gave me tylenol 3 on an empty stomach, I had some horrible pains..they have since passed, but I'm slightly nauseous..
Other than the horrible pressure, etc. from the catheter I'm OK.
I've gone back and forth between why did I do this and I'm glad I did..
He did tell my hubby this will be taken care of with medication, whatever it is at this point. The results of the biopsy will be back within 7-10 days.
I'm not well..If the nausea continues I'm calling..they left that on the instructions..just wanted to fill you in.

I am sorry hope the nausea goes away soon. I have to take nausea medicine with pain meds. If it continues its a good idea to give them a call. I'm glad you have some answers and will be able to start treatment plan.

I'm better today..eating small amounts and drinking lots of liquid..
The nausea is gone, but I CANNOT wait until tomorrow and I can take this catheter out..I HATE it!!!!! Trying to have a bowel movement with a cath in, is simply a joy..NOT! Just venting a little bit..I'm still here..thanks again.
