Could you all say a prayer  the 10th of March my youngest son is going in for surgery to have tubes put in his ears. He's been having one ear infection after another, he's been such a grumpy little guy. Thanks :)

I bet he is grumpy with his little ears hurting and giving him grief. Give him a big hug for me and prayers are being said for a quick recovery. :grouphug:

Will do. The results of having the tubes done seem to be very good. I hope it gives him lots of relief.

He'll be in my prayers, I hope the surgery is a great success. I had so many ear infections when I was a kid that any docs who look in my ears today comment on how badly scarred my eardrums are from repeated rupturing.

Hi -
My son had to have tubes in his ears.. It is the greatest invention.. He went from having ten infections a year to none.. He did very well...the first ones fell out then he had another one put in and that last about 3 years and that one had to be removed.. He is 24 now (lol)
Hope your little one will do just fine and all the best to you..

Hi...
I have had tubes in my ear for over 10 years now due to having eight operation on my sinus and the only thing that help me is to have tubes place in both ears..
So now my doctor told me that I do not need them any more( I am not a kid anymore no kidding I am in my early 50's hahaha) one came out back in August but the other one has not come out so now I have to wait till it come out now and no more tubes....
I sort of hope I will be alright now I was so use of them coming out and then he just put them in with just local freezing in his office I use to have the surgery done in the hospital but now very use of him just doing it in his office so it was no big deal to me...
The good part of it all now is that I will be able to go swimming and under water and I can't wait as I would love to go snorkeling on my next trip away in the Caribbean...

Prayers headed your way for your little guy--and hopefully a reduction in the ear infections for him.

Everything went fine :) We got there at 730am and was out of there by 9am can you believe that.. They got him shipped right off to surg as soon as we walk in the door and then it was a short wait and he was out of surg. They said the first thing he said when he woke up is wheres my Mommy. He didn't cry once. :woohoo:
Thanks you all your prayers and I'm sorry its taken me so long to post this I know God was watching over him.
