are you not working right now tanya? Or if you are working but dont have insurance with your place of work you could try the family independant agency in your area and see if you could get on medicaid.

I don't have insurance to help, so pay 'out of pocket' for office visits & medication. They most always take cost into consideration regarding tests and treatments, plus take a percentage off the bill when paid in cash, so that helps a little bit.

What State are you in? I'm in Washington State and there is Health Plan's offered to us on sliding scale. You might check into that where you are. I lost my Health Insurance when I got laid off for health problems...and my new Insurance through the State is starting March 1st...I've been without insurance since last November and just paid cash for everything...it killed me financially....Hang in there baby!!!

Can you tell us what state your in ? Many states offer assistance helping people get insurance. Also check clinics some offer sliding scale fee. Check in your telephone book for local, state agencies that can help. Check with local hospitals some have offices set up to help and or help you or point you in the right direction. Many counseling offices will offer a sliding scale fee for sessions.

Yes i agree you need to apply for some type of medicaid in many states for people that can't get medicaid they have free clinic's yes i know how bad that sounds but at least you would be treated.
its better then nothing :( I went threw the clinic with my first two children and when i had no inc. i went to the uro. clinic which i was still able to see my doctor's group just it wasn't him all the time.
I was so glad to get my inc. back and get back into the real office because i really hated the wait.
But the good side is in the free clinic's its real doctor there. just the wait is unreal
if you tell us what state your in me and kelly mc will try to do some searching for you to find out some information that may help you.
sending you hugs and prayers
Rhonda

Thank you very much everyone for your support. I live in Wisconsin. I have looked everywhere on the internet. But maybe I'm not looking in the right places. I would appreciate any help from anyone. Or if any one has found good websites on health insurance please let me know. Either here or you can PM me. I have not had insurance for 4 years. I worked at my familys business almost since I was able to work. My parents don't have insurance for their employees. I Lost my insurance when I got divorced 4 years ago. So it has been tough. I can't seem to check up on my medical bills. I dont want this to mess up my credit. Please Help?

Hello I need a new place in Canada to get my meds, for some reason the place I was getting them only has the generic premarin and I have been on the name brand for 35 years now and I am scared to go to the generic being I was on the brand name for so long.
I was looking through some of the sites and it seems like they charge 15.00 for shipping, they say if you have a reference they will knock $10.00 off. The place I use to get them before I used a name someone told me, but I cannot use them again.
Any help I can get will be appreciated. I do not have any perscription insurance and any little help will be good.
Thanks, I came down with some new illness and so that means more meds, when will it ever end.
God Bless.
