I have never had a regular schedule for my Bowel movements. I have noticed in the past couple weeks I have been having terrible cramping, when I cough it gives me a terrible cramp in it feels like my right ovary. I haven't had a good bowel movement for awhile, and my back is killing me. I dont know if this could be IBS or something else. But let me tell you it is painful. Especially when I get cramps.
Has anyone had this?

Anytime you get something new going on, you need to discuss it with your Dr. It sounds like something is going on that may need to be checked out.
