I have incontinence (which has gotten better since I had to have a hysterectomy- at least it had some positive outcome) and I have not been able to find any kind of pads that don't aggrivate the flare that I've been in since November. I have tried a couple of kinds of the "organic" types with no bleach or gels, but they still seem to aggrivate a little, and are very expensive.

I would sure appreciate any ideas.

Thanks,

April

I don't know... Depends (pads) are the ones I have used occasionally and they do not bother me.

Aprilbo-have you tried the Tena Eerenity pads? I have lots of allergies and the Poise irritate me and cause me to flare. The Tena brand hasn't caused a flare for me yet. Some are kinda big though. When my incontience is not real heavy, I just use regluar menstural pads for heavy flow. I get the thin ones, but the ones for the heavist flow I can find. When my incontinence is bad and there is more urine, I use the Tina brand until my meds start to work and my flare gets better. I have found that pads, soap or even colored underwear puts me into a worse flare. Heparin installs have helped the most when it comes to incontinence. Ditropan has helped some, but not alot. What have you tried? I'm not trying to be nosey, I just want to help if I can. Hope this works for you!
