Rain, Rain, Go Away!!

I am getting really tired of this continual rain! I have never seen this much rain since we have moved to southern california 10 years ago. Our house sits on top of a hill, and even though we haven't started sliding like a lot of other people we have seen, our exterior side stairs are starting to be undermined and being torn away from the house! Our little creek down the street next to my kids' school is filled to the top!
Sometimes my mental health seems to be tied to the weather outside - I NEED SOME SUNSHINE!! :bonk: (Outside and inside)

Sooner or later we are going to float down Cajon Pass to your doorstep Jen. My hubby is stationed at Fort Irwin up near Barstow and so you know our drainage is wonderful.........
