New Uro in3days..polyps question

Hi all! I see a new uro on thurs. I havent seen one in 4 years since I was diagnosed with ic.(no insurance at the time) I mentioned in "my story" that my first uro saw " inflamatory polyps consistant with ic" I have not seen anyone post about polyps...any of you have them? I am now scared since any search I do on them lead to a cancer site. I know it cant be that or my uro would have biopsied or wouildnt have told me I have Ic.My polyps were on the bladder wall at the urethra where I have so much swelling . anyway could anyone tell me if they have has similar experiences... before thurs!

I had polyps removed from my bladder at my first hydrodistention thirty years ago. I haven't had any more. Some polyps can become cancerous if they aren't removed, but mine were removed and biopsied so I'm not concerned.
