Hi! I was scheduled to have a double balloon urethrogram on Wednesday but had to cancel due to what I thought was a yeast infection. I could see white patches on my labia, but no discharge, as I had in the past with yeast infections. Canceled my urethrogram and went to my OB/GYN instead. He found chronic irritation, thicked skin, and 3 separate areas of irritation. He prescribed Cymbalta as well as a steroid cream. He says I for sure have IC, but I need a diagnosis from my urologist. Anyone have similar experience with this sort of thing? I am assuming it's vulvodynia. I am SO sore!! :loco:
