i heard that some people can eat plain yogurt with prelief. i haven't tried it. fermented foods are often a problem.

probably your doctor wants you to get acidophilus to prevent a yeast infection and you can get that in capsule form, and some of us do okay with that.

i also hear that garlic, in addition to scaring away vampires, had antifungal capabilities. but you might have to eat A LOT of garlic to ward of a yeast infection.

In the morning I can only eat a liquid diet so I drink smoothies. I do use yogart in them but the smoothie is diluted with water so I think that is why I can tolerate it. I also take with a Prelief tablet.

I do well with either plain or vanilla organic yogurt, but if you just need the acidophilus then take the capsule form. There is more good bacteria than in the yogurt.
