Third week already and it looks like everyone is kicking it up a notch and going into high gear! By the looks of things everyone is exercising and eating right and just plain having a great time doing it.

Last week I managed four days of regular exercise and weight training. I do mostly the treadmill and recumberant bike. I love the bike part because I do it at the end of my workout and read my book! I also painted my office this weekend ( that's a lot of arm workout!) and also went for a nice leisure work. My diet was not quite as successful. My downfall is rice pudding with whipped cream! Must put down that spoon but its just so hard.

Well off to pack up my gym bag and get ready for work. Have a great day everyone and an even better week!

So far so good everyone? Are numbers seem to be decreasing so I hope everyone is having a good IC week or maybe everyone is so sore from working out that they can't lift their hands to the keyboards?

I have worked out everyday this week and am hoping to squeeze something in today. Busy day between appointments with clients and my son's semi-final basketball game. Maybe I will just cheer with extra enthusiasm and burn some calories.!

I haven't exercised since Tuesday... that will make only twice this week. I guess that's not too bad.
This week, I changed from my old gyno to a urogyno. I had the potassium sensitivity test on Wednesday, a bladder coating, and a sonogram. For the sonogram, my bladder had to be full. I was left in the waiting room way too long with a full bladder and by the time the nurse called my name, I could hardly walk, I was crying and I felt so embarrassed...it threw me into major pain. Thank goodness my mom was with me. Today, I'm going to get my second bladder coating. I don't remember what the med is called. Anyway, next week should be way better... I'm sure of it.

Sorry to hear about your pain during your test. So hard to make people understand how painful it is to hold urine for a long period of time. Hope you are feeling better soon and don't worry two days is better then no days!

It sounds like you guys are doing great! I'm still hanging in there but have only managed to lose 2 measly pounds so I'm not overly proud of myself!

I've been using the Power 90 tapes. Unfortunately, the beginning cardio tape I'd borrowed out and couldn't remember who I borrowed it to. So I'm left with just the weight training and abs tapes for now. I finally figured out who had the the missing tape and sent them a self adressed, stamped envelope for them to send it back. Hopefully I can add that to my routine for the last week.

Keep up the good work gals!
