I Got My Ssd Backpayment

I having been praying it would come in and my mother in law calls this morn to tell me that they were trying to deposit in my old account at her bank. Dont know how they got that account number unless I put it down when I first filled out my application. Such a happy day. :bow: :bow: :bow:

Thanks!!! Total time from filing application till today when the $$ came in 2 yrs and 2 months. I filed inital application in Nov 2002 was turned down the finally got my hearing in front of appeals judge in Nov 2004. But it took almost 60 days from the time the processing center got the judges letter to get some $$$ in fact 60 days would have been Feb 17. It has been a long hard wait not only for me but my husband and kids. I went already and got my daughter this comforter and sheets she wanted and my youngest son has been home sick from school. He got this remote control Jessie James motorcyle he wanted. Luckly I got the last one. I am going to take my middle son after school and let him pick something out. I praise God and my mother in law calling the bank this morning to pay her car note. If not the bank might have sent the electronic transfer back since we had closed that account. I reopened it though. Thanks agian. :bow: :bow:

:) :woohoo: I got mine last week too. I know the joy it brings to finally know that they believe you really have a legitiment disease and pain.

I bought some stuff for my girls too but haven't really done much for myself.

They took mine back over 2 years so it was a nice surprise to have money to pay off all my debts, medical bills and such and be somewhat bill/debt free.

Good for you. I remember it took me two years to get mine and it was for something like $18,000. I was jumping for joy until I realized I had to pay it all back to work disability that I had been getting for two years. I almost got in my car and drove to Mexico!!
