If you have IC, DMSO can help. It doesn't help everyone, but for some it offers relief. If you also have PFD, you'll want to think about physical therapy.

I have IC and PFD....I had six weeks of DSMO treatments last summer and I can't say that it helped. It flared my PFD so it was hard to tell if it helped my bladder at all. I am going to PT now and I may try DSMO again after I finish with therapy.
