Question for those of you taking cysta q...

Hi all. for those of you who have taken cysta q, I am just wondering if it makes you sleepy. Looking at some of the herbs that are in it, I would think it might. I am just curious to know this before I take mine. Thanks.

It doesn't make me sleepy........but it could some people........can you try it when you aren't going to drive or pay taxes or bills or anything? :-)
