Proposed Study of Prostaglandin E

I have been informed by two european research groups that a phase I study will investigate prostaglandin E for use in patients with Interstitial cystitis. They have concluded that prostaglandin E is a better drug to treat I.C. If the results are positive then a larger scale study will be performed.
My non-conformist idea may be proven by independent scientific research.
