shut the flare up

This may sound dumb but i have chronic bladder pain and vaginal pain. Is this a flare-up? What does remission feel like?

Remission is symptom free.....some people go through a semi remisison where they can tollerate some foods but not all....There is kind of two understandings of a flare up...the can last from a day or so too months...I hope you feel better soon. :grouphug:
