Hi, I have a question about IBS. I have found that it has been okay the past few months, but when I get it, it's really bad. I get sweaty and dizzy and feel like I am going to just pass right out. I am nervous that it is going to go back to how it used to be (I got it constantly, and everywhere, one time I went to a play and it just hit me and I could not even go home, I just lay on the bathroom floor in the theatre, luckily no-one came in). Does anyone know of anything I can do to "prolong" having to "go" when I get symptoms? Or even any short-term things I can try when I get that first stomach cramp? I used to drink green tea right away, and it worked by flushing me out a little quicker, but that doesn't work anymore. Anything would help!
Because the time when I feel fine and feel like crap (literally) is so short, I sometimes don't even want to leave the house!
Thanks so much!
