i haven't left the house in almost 2 weeks because i've been flaring non-stop. my urgency is going crazy. my doctor is off all week (i tried to phone her yesterday) and to be honest i don't even feel as though i could travel to the doctors even if i wanted. i'm going crazy and don't know what to do.

i'm already panicing ahead if this doesn't go away and my doctor wanted me to go and see my uro or something. i just can't imagine being able to travel at all right now. i tried to start off small and just went to the corner shop which is NEXTDOOR to my house and was just panicing the whole time.

is it possible to use catherters when travelling in this kind of situation? i've never used one before but just can't imagine being able to travel any other way as they're aren't any other bathrooms stops and i couldnt bring myself to wee in the car with other people present. im going crazy right now :-(

You might ask your doctor about ordering an antispasmodic for you. The one I take when needed is hyoscyamine. It can take a few days for it to become effective for me, but it seems to work very well.

Warm hugs,
