Also from WV and in Randolph Co. I see Dr Z at WVU hospital. Just did Interstim there and love it. We actuall have a support group here, but it is on hold for the time being, our leader is not well.

hello everyone thank you for your reply i see that they are other in wv. like me ,Leslie i also go to dr Z at WVU i had the interstim put in sept. but it hasn't help me at all i have been going to dr z for 2 years now he can't find any thing that will help me ,he talked about kill the nerves out in my bladder has anyone heard of this if so let me know so i can reserch it . Eva, i just had my Intserstim trial on jan 4th so far so good. I have also had no luck with any other treaments, including pregnancy LOL. Anyway take care.Never heard of the nerve thing yet.

Hi Eva. I am from West Virginia. I am the support group leader that Leslie is talking about. I also see Dr. Z and have interstim. He and it have helped a great deal. Did Z put your interstim in? My first 2 were put in by the pain clinic and were a total waste. Dr. Z put my 3rd one in and it is working better. I do hope to start having support group meetings again soon. I actually have an appointment with Z on Monday and if he thinks I am finally well enough we may have one in Feb. They are in Morgantown at Ruby.
