L-Glutamine

Have any of you taken l-glutamine for various other reasons? If so, how did it affect your bladder? I started l-glutamine and a different multi-vitamin at the same time...now I'm not sure which one is causing the flare-up. Thanks for any feedback!

Well Mal, maybe they both did...or a combination together. Many vitamins contain some acid. I have found others say that a kid muli vitamin is usually easier on us.
