yoga videos

I was just wondering who has ordered the yoga video or the stretching yoga book. The video is a little expensive, so I wanted to ask before I bought.

I have the yoga video. It is very very slow paced, so I don't really use it for my practice, but it was helpful & reassuring for me to know what poses might be okay.

I go to a local yoga studio that has small classes & the instructors have been great about modifying poses that give me trouble. The benefit to this studio for me has been that the classes are all drop-in. I can pay each time I go, or for a small discount, can buy a card for 10 classes & have the card punched when I use it.

Yoga has really helped my IC and to keep depression at bay. I hope it's helpful for you:)

I have a few dvd's and one of yoga called Pilates for Dummies(like the books).
It's very well done and it was cheap. I got it at Target.
