My doctor wanted to put me in the hospital yesterday due to the fact i have an bladder and kidney infection with staph anti. seem not to be working :( I have so much stress right now with being out of work trying to take care of my two children no money insurance doesnt want to pay for all my medicine my doctor just put me on heparin and marcaine treatments at home. They helped me in the office
they will pay for the heparin just not the marcaine the marcaine is so high.
I'm having a hard time trying to pay the co-pay to see the doctor let alone paying for my medicine.
I have no inc. because my doctor wont let me work and husband hasn't been order to pay child support.
This I.C is killing me not just the pain the money it is costing.
Sorry to vent I just don't know what else to do. :loco:

I hope something gives soon and you start to feeling better. About your financial situation, maybe the court can take the child support out of your ex husband's payroll so you wouldn't have to deal with him directly.
I hope everything works out for you.
Hope we see you around the message board as often as you can.
Hugs....... :grouphug:

You stated your Insurance Co-pays were high but then also stated you have no insurances...... I am confused. Seems like medicaid would help you in this situation.

Hey Rhonda and Michelle,
If the instillations are done in the office and they pay for the marcaine, then why wouldn't they pay for it at home? Seems cheaper for them. Might want to check that angle too.

I will tell michelle to sign on when she calls or comes up if she can get the computer at her house.
I don't know every detail.
She does see my doctor and asked for the treatments to do at home she thought would be less exp. she lost her job due to I.C and stress. Dr. told her not to work until they got this under control. I'm trying to help her as much as I can.
It's weird to know someone so close to you with the same problems but nice to have someone to talk to who understands in person.

I know it sounds crazy, but many insurance companies will pay for treatments done in a doctor's office, but won't cover the materials to do them at home, even if it's a lot cheaper. My insurance doesn't cover prescriptions and didn't cover the heparin when I did the treatments at home.
