symptoms after pregnancy

How many of you ladies who had IC then got pregnant experienced better symptoms after the pregnancy? Or did you return to your pre-pregnancy IC symptoms? I am just wondering because my symtoms where barely there for 6 months after baby was born, but then returned in a mild manner 1 month ago...I am just wondering what to expect....I am also still breast-feeding.

Any experiences with this would be great.

Mine never really got better, actually they are worse then ever. Good Luck with the Breastfeeding!!!!! I just couldn't be that brave.

Great job on breastfeeding. It's definately not easy to get that started.

I had some weird kind of vulvar pain before I gave birth. It would come and go. After I had my son it disappeared. He's 3.5 months old and the pain has yet to return, knock on wood...

My IC was totally out of control during my pregnancy. The minute I delivered my baby it instantly improved. My baby is now almost 7 weeks and I still have very few IC symptoms. I am breastfeeding as well and don't plan to stop until my baby is probably close to two. I nursed my first two until that age but I didn't have IC then so I don't know if it will help with a continued remission or not. Good luck to you!
