We had a great turnout lasat Thursday for the Beaumont (Michigan) IC Support Group meeting. Jane P. is the group leader, she made pumpkin bread and cookies (yum!)
We had a very good speaker, a physical therapist who has developed a method of strength and core training that makes the whole body stronger.
