Hi all,
The Elavil is working wonders on my frequency!!! I've gone from every 30-45 minutes to every 1-2 hours :woohoo: . It was so cool today because my husband and I drove down to the track (he races RC stadium trucks) and we had to stop so HE could pee, but I made it all the way to the track, back into town, to Petsmart, and then home! And now I'm not even sure that it is making me gain weight like I thought, because I dropped two of the three pounds I had gained the day after my period started (we need an emoticon for BLOATED, lol).
It doesn't seem to be helping my pain, though :loco: . I'm hoping maybe I can talk to my doctor about occasional pain meds or even a TENS unit in addition to my current therapy. With the diazepam and the Elavil helping my frequency/urgency and my IBS-type symptoms, all that's left is my sore tummy (which is, of course, my worse symptom, but I think the frequency was the most annoying).
Anyways, just wanted to share my story!
