Support Group

Just wanted to let you all know that I recieved an email back from nurse Christine Murray this morning. She holds a support group at the Mercy Hospital in Melbourne with the next meeting on December the 7th from 1pm-3pm. I would love to be able to attend this one but not sure yet ( getting a bit close to Christmas) Anyway I will see what happens ( keep my fingers crossed) I wish Melbourne wasn't so far away........
Just thought I would let you know. If any of you Melbourne girls think you would like to attend let me know, I would so love to meet with you. But if not this time mabey next time.

Hi Andrea,

Just read this post after I replied to the earlier one - I have a long meeting on Dec 7th otherwise I'd come to the Melb support group meeting, as I have a flexible timetable this time of year! Bugger.

Maybe I can fit the next meeting into my timetable!

I'm going to try and get there. It's a bit scary as I still don't have the piece of paper that says I have IC. There must be more patients out there. Hopefully we can swell the mumbers of Aussies on this site.
