Any one heard of this?

I recently came across a cd on ebay for pain management. It is a subliminal cd that you are supposed to listen to while working or sleeping. I ended up getting it for a penny! :woohoo: ($5.99 ship/hand.,but still a deal at$6!) Anyways, has anyone ever heard of this or tried it ?

No, I've never tried it, but it sounds like it's along the lines of self-hypnosis that pain clinics use for IC patients. Best of luck.

Let me know how it works...I'm interested in it. The Turning point program from Elmiron sent me a relaxation tape, but I haven't listened to it yet.

I do think that relaxation tapes and self hipnosis is a bit more direct approach than what you discribing but the goal and idea of how it works would be the same....that our minds can control things....something I believe in from my own experience. subliminal would take the work away that self hipnosis involves wich for me is what keeps me still having symptoms....I sure hope that works for you ....let me know if it took much concentration for it to work or not.
