I've been told by a couple people that oral sex will likely increase the chances of flare ups and infections, which seems to make sense, but was wondering if it is actually the case?

I've actually never heard that before in terms of flare ups.... I'm curious what others think. Seems like it might increase the chance of infection with the mouth being kind of a germy place....
