Valerian Users

Was wondering if there are any users of Valerian out there? I tried some last night, and it did help a little bit?

I tried it and I was almost totally zonked out for most of the following day --- kind of like walking around in a stupor. It was very scary --- and the last time I will try any natural medication without first talking with my doctor.

I took valerian last week as a resort to prescription medications. Unlike Donna, I felt nothing. It didnt make me sleepy at night or the following day. Everyone reacts differently I guess.

I just wanted to report that I took two as recommended on the bottle, and checking with my uro, it seemed to work. Surprisely, he is interested in progress with supplements and IC. I slept better than I had in days, and my calicos didn't wake me up!!
