zithromax problems?

I have tonsillists and a big ulcer in my throat due to a nasty cold I have had for 7 days.... ENT Dr put my on zithromax for 3 days to get rid of the infection....

Anyone ever have problems on this? I feel as though I might start to flare... very achy down below.... but also could be from being sick and tired.... any thoughts???

Flare went away but I tested this week postitive for Lymes.... this may be my culpurt of all the crap I have been going through.....
